Do I have to be a Houlton resident to use The Exchange?

No, anyone is welcome to use The Exchange. If you are a resident however, you will get a special discount on the monthly membership packages.

How do I access The Exchange?

When you download The Exchange app on your phone, there will be an access pass embedded into the app. This is your ‘virtual key card’ that you scan on the door access ready to gain entry.

What will my membership include?

Your membership will include: access to the space during opening hours, pay-per-sheet printing, high speed wifi, free drinks, snacks and refreshments, bookable meeting rooms (free for members), hot desks, break out spaces and soft seating, a comfortable, welcoming and flexible place to work.

In there a minimum membership term?

No, your membership is based on a monthly rolling contract that can be cancelled anytime before your renewal date.

Where is The Exchange?

The address of The Exchange is – The Exchange, Dollman Farm, Dollman Road, Houlton, Rugby, CV23 1AL. It is located opposite The Tuning Fork at Dollman Farm.

Is there free parking at The Exchange?

Visitors to The Exchange can park for free in the car park behind The Old Station Nursery. There is also access to EV chargers (payable at an additional fee). We also have free cycle storage for those who can and wish to travel more sustainably.

What technology is provided at each desk?

Each desk will have a USB socket and power socket. Some desks are also equipped with monitors which are bookable on The Exchange App.

Is tea and coffee free?

Tea, coffee and refreshments are free to all users of The Exchange. These can be found in the ground floor kitchen towards the back of the building.

Can I share my membership with other people in my household?

Regrettably, we do not allow you to share your membership with other people in your household. You may bring guests into a booked meeting room.

Can I access The Exchange in the evening and at the weekend?

Opening hours for The Exchange are 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Member events may take place outside of these working hours.

As a member, can I bring a third party to a meeting?

Third parties are welcome to join members in a booked meeting room.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required.

Can I bring my lunch to the space?

Yes. There is a microwave oven provided to heat up any food that is brought into the space.

Do you have printing facilities?

Printing facilities are provided on a pay-per-sheet basis via an Ezeep account.

What is The Exchange’s cancellation policy?

Members can cancel their membership at any time.

Can I bring my pet in?

Regrettably, we are unable to allow pets into the space due to the size of the building.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, from 8am until 6pm.
